I was charged for an oil change even though I had multiple free ones still left from the dealer. Dropped my truck off for an oil and fuel filter change at 8am, was told it should be read by 1. Two months to fix a transmission. Lied several times through the process. Pacifica had 32,000 miles. Warranty work, the dealership was reimbursed over $10,000 for terrible service.
