Worst experience ever. I have proof pics and messages. I've owned my car 14 month the service dept has it for 11 of those 14 months. It's been horrible. Patriot auto is horrible and don't care about thier customers. And trust me once you take the car home your screwed. That is if it isn't a stolen car they sell to you. Or can't get the title to. Or if it breaks down in 4 weeks. HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND ESTABLISHMENT More

Had a great experience at Patriot. Jack Peterson was an excellent salesman. He answered or replied every time I contacted him, even when he was extremely busy. I felt pressured and pushed by the salesmen. They test drove my truck and had to ask 3 times before they gave me my keys back. I call to ask a question about my truck’s service. Between two guys making fun of an online application, one guy vaping in the open everybody eating out in the open they could’ve ate at their work station, the front desk guy not in getting off the phone for guy vaping in the open everybody eating out in the open they could’ve ate at their work station, the front desk guy not in getting off the phone for any reason. I’m not recommending this place to anybody. On top of that I came in for an oil change for a $75 oil change and ended up paying a little over 100. No I won’t be back. More
