We asked for service records numerous times and never received anything. Upon leaving the dealership I’ve encountered a blow out, a missing wheel lock and a broken tpms. We asked atleast 3 people for s received anything. Upon leaving the dealership I’ve encountered a blow out, a missing wheel lock and a broken tpms. We asked atleast 3 people for service records and each of them tripped over their words it seemed. We understand it’s a used vehicle but we just felt like we were pushed out of the door as soon as the deal was done and for being a specialty car we felt like we were treated very poorly, only shining light was your finance guy for being so friendly and what seemed transparent. Overall very disappointed and won’t be recommending this dealership to anyone anytime soon. More
It took me 8 phone calls to get ahold of the service department. The phone would ring 4 times and disconnect, very unprofessional. I left 2 messages which were not returned. It took 10 phone calls to fi department. The phone would ring 4 times and disconnect, very unprofessional. I left 2 messages which were not returned. It took 10 phone calls to find out if my simple oil,filter and multi point inspection were completed. I did receive a call where they left a message letting me know the service was completed, but this was after my multiple calls where I was disconnected after 4 rings.....very frustrating. I received an email 14 day's after the service telling me, "here's a coupon for the service you declined" Wait, what? I didn't decline any service, one service point supposedly declined was a multi point inspection.....one of the reasons I brought it in. I'm not going to rant, you can check my reviews on Google, I RARELY leave a negative review unless warranted. In this case it is. The actual service techs are good I think, my car was clean, no oily prints, etc. So no slam on them. This is a communication issue. Patriot needs to up their game in that arena. My time is valuable. I will not be using Patriot service department again. More

Took 2 hours to get an oil change. Didn't notify us when we the Truck was finished. Truck was then parked in by others that had come in after us. Didn't get the usual printout of the vehicle inspection. Still not sure if the tires were rotated or not. It was listed on the receipt, but we didn't ask to have them rotated. They didn't seem sure at the checkout. We only asked for an oil change with no other services because we wanted to get in and out quickly and ended up being our longest service appointment ever at a Ram dealer. Very disorganized. I don't know who Christopher Rodgers is, but it made me put a rating to submit the review. More
