I was in the market for a new Jeep and visited all three Jeep dealerships in Tulsa. Sadly, I went to the other two Jeep dealerships before I went to Bob Moore. The salesmen at the other dealerships were v Jeep dealerships in Tulsa. Sadly, I went to the other two Jeep dealerships before I went to Bob Moore. The salesmen at the other dealerships were very high pressure and wasted a lot of my time. I wish I would have just gone to Bob Moore first. I ultimately purchased my new Grand Cherokee from Bob Moore partly because they offered me more for my trade-in than either of the other dealerships. But I also made my purchase here because the staff were genuinely helpful and didn't try to force me into a deal I didn't want. They seemed to be more concerned with helping me find the vehicle I wanted instead of pushing me into a deal to get a car off of their lot. I will definitely go back to Bob Moore in the future. I ordinarily hate going to car dealerships because the sales people are on you like a pack of wolves the moment you get out of your car. Not so at Bob Moore. The salesman who helped me (Jerome) was very laid back and not pushy at all. He was very helpful as were all of the other staff members I dealt with at Bob Moore. This was probably the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. More

As for the Bob Moore dealership, all the used cars were in excellent condition and well-priced. The whole experience was no-pressure. I usually don't finance through the dealer, but the finance team worked hard to find me terms and warranty that I couldn't walk away from.
