Nathan was great to work with and made sure I was charged what was initially quoted. I have to say sir, I’m deeply disappointed in Patriot CDJR of Tulsa and how they have handled us as potential customers. Your sales director, Allen Stark, sent us an offer letter to let us know we quali CDJR of Tulsa and how they have handled us as potential customers. Your sales director, Allen Stark, sent us an offer letter to let us know we qualified for a program to reduce our monthly car payment. The offer letter showed our current car payment of $1241 and also agreed to a payoff amount up to $52,091 of current loan. My husband and I have been trying for several months to get our car refinanced or trade in for a car with lower payment and was delighted to see a letter to work with us. We contacted your dealership and asked to speak to Allen Stark since he was the one who sent the letter, however was directed to speak to a sales rep. The first rep was too busy for my call and wanted us to come to the dealership. I advised we didn’t want to come and spend hours at the dealership unless we know for sure the dealership and finance dept is going to honor the letter. He offered to send a credit app and go from there and we never got it. So, I started looking online on your website to see if there were any vehicles we could trade and have a vehicle in mind in case this offer was going to be honored. A second salesman contacted me and I explained to him the letter and we are trying to confirm if the dealership is going to honor their offer before we come and spend hours. He got some info for me on our vehicle and after several days it was advised the dealership made a mistake and had put the wrong car info on the letter and it was supposed to be for my daughter’s vehicle. This didn’t make sense to me for we just purchased that vehicle a few months ago (from your Pryor location) and that car payment is only $400 not the $1241 that is noted on the offer letter which is the correct payment for the vehicle we are trying to get out from under. To say this has been very frustrating and the dealership is now backing out of their offer they sent in writing (I have the letter but it won’t let me post photos) is deceptive, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I hope your business pays attention and really checks the details and make sure they truly can do something before sending offer letters to potential customers to turn around and say oh sorry, we messed up. Thank you for your time if you read this comment. A very frustrated potential customer. More
