Terrible Customer Service Customer service is horrible at the Boyertown location. The only reason I use that location and not the limerick is because I can walk home while my c Customer service is horrible at the Boyertown location. The only reason I use that location and not the limerick is because I can walk home while my car is being worked on but now I may just go to the limerick one now either way. The people are rude and make snide comments. We had rewards money to use and my husband called to make my appt and was told we could use the rewards money towards the service but when I picked up my car I was told no. Then heather finally said rudely just give her 10% off. I was just wondering why my husband was told one thing and I was told another. This is not the only time we are told conflicting things at this location. More

Always treated with respect and forthrightness. When we disagree about an issue, it is completely explained. Even something that should have been fixed last visit Andre occurs again is taken care of comp disagree about an issue, it is completely explained. You better at least consider doing business here. More
