Outstanding Dealership I was part of the Diesel buy back program. I must say originally I was very upset, once I started working with Dan at Patrick, things started to calm I was part of the Diesel buy back program. I must say originally I was very upset, once I started working with Dan at Patrick, things started to calm down in my mind. He and other staff especially Marcy and the service staff are always more than willing to answer questions, and at times outreach for the right answer. I will be a Patrick customer for the rest of my life. This is a very unique and special dealership as they always work with each customer in any and all departments. True customer service I purchased an Audi from Patrick Motors back in February, recently I had an issue where something went wrong with my brakes. I contacted the dealershi I purchased an Audi from Patrick Motors back in February, recently I had an issue where something went wrong with my brakes. I contacted the dealership and they asked me to bring it in however I was unable to do so, I told them that the car was in the driveway with the key in it. Not only did they come and get the car, make and the repairs and return the car, they did it at no charge! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend Patrick Motors they are great people to deal with and there service is far beyond anything I have ever experienced! More
