The service dept. is absolutely terrible. I had my 30k service done and as I left my tire pressure light came on and they also forgot to change the sticker to tell me when I should get my next service. I service done and as I left my tire pressure light came on and they also forgot to change the sticker to tell me when I should get my next service. I also got my 40k service done here. Not only was it $400+ I also waited for about 2 1/2 hours and my check engine light came on 3 days after my service. When I took my car back to tell them what happened they tried to charge me $60 because they said a filter needed to be replaced. My car upon returning to fix the engine light had 40,509 miles on it so it’s not like I drove a lot since my 40k service. When I asked the service employee why I was being charged $60 he said that they don’t check for that at the 40k mileage service. Seems like something they should’ve checked before giving me back my car… I am so unhappy with the customer service and product that they have been giving me and I will not be returning More

When I recently moved to Worcester, I had to replace my car. After researching, I chose a VW Beetle at Patrick, went there, and was shown 4 different ones -- test drove each one of them. Not rushed, not pushed, not "Sold" if you understand my meaning. I have so happy to have purchased from Patrick. After the sale, any time I've needed, sticker, service -- whatever -- everyone I've had contact with in any department has been terrific. Friendly, personable, helpful. And during these pandemic days -- wow. Months of not using my car, and with health issues, I needed a tune-up and Alex sent two of his team to pick up and then return my car! And the job that was done -- I decided to leaved the car one more day to have the full service detailing for inside and out -- and this little "bug" is GLEAMING. Took it out for a long drive and she is purring once again. THANK YOU, PATRICK!!! More
