Erika in the service department was great to work with. She kept me up to date on my car and I was able to get a loaner vehicle. Definitely would recommend her to anyone who has a VW. I have brought my car in there and the engines has had to be torn down over three times and they still have not fixed it compl. Every time we get it back, the light comes back on, and we have to bring it bac be torn down over three times and they still have not fixed it compl. Every time we get it back, the light comes back on, and we have to bring it back to the dealership. It has been nothing but problems it is under warranty, but we’re still told we will be charged over $3,000.00 if it’s not the problem they’re looking for. More

I had a 2022 Tiguan that had a frustrating electrical issue. A steering wheel was ordered a couple of months ago but was back ordered. No one knew when it might be received. In the meantime, I drove a ca issue. A steering wheel was ordered a couple of months ago but was back ordered. No one knew when it might be received. In the meantime, I drove a car that had an annoying beeping sound complete with flashing lights indicating that lane assistance was not available. It was a very random message and sound complete with an orange exclamation point that stayed on. Thanks to Dan I no longer have that car. He introduced me to Igor who assisted and getting me into a different car. They were very accommodating in helping me out of my “beeping mess” and I now have a car that has fewer complicated electronics on it and I am happy with what they did for me. More
