Very positive experience every time I need service. They are all very courteous and pleasant. This visit my service advisor was Sean Foley. He took the time to explain all my options for the repairs needed are all very courteous and pleasant. This visit my service advisor was Sean Foley. He took the time to explain all my options for the repairs needed for my vehicle. Very patient. Made spending the money on repairs a little less painful. Guided me through the process and helped get a loaner vehicle which was so helpful while my repairs were being done. Louie took care of the loaner process and he was also very helpful. More

I bought my car brand new in 2015. No problems. First I bought my car brand new in 2015. No problems. First few years no problems, oil changes and all service through Subaru in Shrewsbury. Few years a I bought my car brand new in 2015. No problems. First few years no problems, oil changes and all service through Subaru in Shrewsbury. Few years ago it started getting slower and slower with service. Oil changes were an hour and a half - 2 hours long . Express lane oil changes were now 2.5-3 hours long. I had a recall on my crosstrek so called to make an “appointment.” The lady I talked with at Subaru booked me for a scheduled appointment 2 weeks away. Now I’m thinking perfect I have an appointment it will be quicker and more organized and won’t have to wait the 3.5-4 hours. So much for the appointment I waited in line and the appointment meant nothing and I could of gone anytime in those 2 weeks to fix it because it meant no difference with an appointment or not. Fast forward to today.. I called 2-3 times to service to see if oil change line was insanely long or not. No answers. This time I have someone picking me up to run errands instead of sitting starring at a wall for 3 hours. So we get to the service garage and it took longer than usual to even get someone to greet me. Finally someone from inside came outside and I said oil change, he checked with his boss, checked me. I leave after being checked in and went to the grocery store. Came back to Subaru early because they were closing at 5. Sitting in the waiting room. Still sitting in the waiting room. Now it is after 5. Then a comment of “ just waiting on the paperwork” was said. There is hope. Comes back with my keys... took a while but hey not too bad only an hour and 20 minutes this time. Nope. I was told my car was signed in but never was looked at or worked on. Never got an oil change. Got my keys walked out of Subaru not happy to say the least. Can’t find my car. I’m hitting the lock button to hear my car. Walking around can’t find it. Finally hear it in the back lot farthest away from the service office. Found my car... found my car boxed in ( I took a photo of it boded in and how closely parked it was to the other car). Walked back inside to say can we move the car to get my car out. Finally got my car out and will not be returning. My mom was going to buy a Subaru ascent or forester this summer ( sorry Jeff). I was going to have my tires switched out and install roof bars and Thule roof rack. Lost a loyal customer. Love the Subaru crosstrek, not so much the Shrewsbury dealership. More

Easy, quick, friendly guidance When I first arrived I received help as to where I had to log in my name & make of mu auto. They take care of me and provide a courtesy vehicle where appropriate. Christie is very friendly, Mary is a superstar adviser, John is willing to provide his knowledge and Dan makes sure I'm waiting as little as possible. Sean amazes me with his professionalism. Meghan gets me quickly checked-in while Christine is an awesome leader and makes everything seamless. Kyle works well, multitasking and prioritizing to ensure I get back to work. Please never change!
