This person Christine Kristoff, is the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant person I have ever met who has somehow got into a managerial position. She has personal anger issues which are unfortunate and very apparent. These anger issues are in addition to her other unattractive personality traits. The sum total of which is someone who has a poor ability to successfully handle customers who need assistance that require a manager's expertise and broad thinking. Why is she in this managerial position, Patrick Subaru?? Beyond her anger issues, her unfortunate brash personality traits are not only reflected in the way she deals with the customer, but I've unfortunately witnessed it being directed at her fellow employees! I even made comments, on two separate occasions, to two separate staff members, after witnessing her interactions. She radiates an unfortunate ambience that draws unwanted attention. I received quiet affirmations, each time, from those employees, that she is not easy to deal with. She is darn right rude!! I've also personally experienced her impatience as a customer! Her unacceptable rudeness, her coarseness. Recently, I saw and heard her yelling in an inappropriate way at the staff in the garage! When I saw her in the garage yelling, I had NO idea she was at any senior level. I remember thinking 'Jeez! They need to change her out...give her a time out'. Then this angry person who needed to take a chill pill turned to me! I was sitting in my car outside the open garage door, waiting to be beckoned into the garage for my appt. Her harsh bellowing at me had an unnecessary tone of intense impatience and exasperation. She harshly bellowed something like - 'Come on!! Come on!! Drive the car in!! Come on!!!!' Uhm! Really??!! But my full experience of her brash rudeness, her impatience, her inappropriate personality traits, her arrogance and unprofessionalism, was when I had to deal with her on the phone about an issue post-service. I had no idea this was the same person I had seen being obnoxious to other staff members in the garage, and that she was the person who had yelled at me earlier to drive my car in, until a member of staff pointed her out at my request, when I was later picking up my car. My telephone conversation with her had been shocking! She had been completely incapable of listening to my issue. She started the conversation telling me irritably how she'd been in a meeting all day. She literally kept speaking loudly and brashly over me when I was telling her my issue. Cutting my sentences short. She was dismissive to all my points of conversation. It was like talking to a metal wall. Cold, dismissive, disinterested, and arrogant!!!! Then when I actually picked up my car the next day, the diagnostic work that I was told was required by the technician, and that she said would be done as complimentary service in our telephone conversation, was not even noted on the invoice at all! Even though they verbally told me on the phone they had done some work to attempt to resolve some 'wind noise'? There was no reference to this work they apparently carried out, on my bill! No note for the records even??? Really?? I don't think they even did it!! It was her little scam, trying to appease me on the phone, to think I was getting some compensation for my grief with my post- car service issues!! This is not how any employee, especially a manager, should ever behave when representing a business, or conversing with a customer. I don't trust her. Now I don't trust the work done at Patrick Subaru, because she is in charge!!! And she is not honest. She is inappropriate. I don't think she should be in her position representing the Service Dept. She needs to be brought down quite a few notches, get some training in customer and staff relations!! She represents Patrick Subaru Service? Really?? Very sad!!!!!! Very worrying for me, as the customer. If I could do 1/2 a star, I'd feel better than giving a whole star. More
They added a bunch of unneeded services to the order to crank up the price claiming they are recommended by Subaru. They are not recommended by Subaru. I thought I was simply bringing in my 2017 forester for service, but ended leaving with a new vehicle. Great Service Director -- Christine Kristoff is the main reason i will always send my Subaru vehicles that need any warranty work or vehicles that my mechanics can not fix.She Christine Kristoff is the main reason i will always send my Subaru vehicles that need any warranty work or vehicles that my mechanics can not fix.She is always there to answer my Service Managers or Shop Foreman questions..Lisa does a great job also..I own a Service Department and Sales Department , and between both locations understand the importance of having good employees....She is a huge asset to the Patrick team..Keep Rockin Christine and Lisa...Chris Goodnow More

I usually have a great experience with this service department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and was recommended to change it to a more premium service which was $1,500 more than what I had planned on. On the way out, I looked at a used car, and decided to change my service back to the originally planned oil change (with synthetic oil, even though the age of my car does not require it.). Kyle was visually frustrated with my decision to change the service, even though the work had not been started on the car. I would imagine what would be better for the dealership as a whole , would outweigh any commission he would receive for the service, but he was very unhappy and rude about changing the service back. When I came to pick up my car, I noted on the invoice that traditional motor oil had been placed in the car, instead of the synthetic oil that I had requested. This is the third time that this has happened to me at this dealership. Kyle did not even speak to me about the mistake, and instead another service representative discussed that I could wait to have the oil drained, and synthetic oil placed instead. Not wanting to wait for another oil change, and waste the oil, I decided to just keep the regular oil in the car. The other service representative said they would make it up to me, but no concrete plan was discussed. Usually I have a good experience with this service department, especially with Jon and Mary, but some of the newer representatives have something to learn about customer service. More
