To start off, I was called by the service department and they left a message regarding my 1st oil change and service needed. This VM stated that I had a free tire rotation for my first oil change. After r they left a message regarding my 1st oil change and service needed. This VM stated that I had a free tire rotation for my first oil change. After reviewing the message, I called the number back to make an appointment for service and I specifically asked about the free tire rotation. The lady that answered the call then asked the service desk if they could accommodate the the free tire rotation. I was VERY confused as the message that they had just left stated that I was to receive the free rotation. The lady came back on the phone and said that they could ABSOLUTELY offer me the free tire rotation and we went on to book the appointment. When I got to the appointment. They had never heard of me, didn't have my appointment in the system and refused to offer me the promised tire rotation. They lost me as a customer! Bad customer service. More

Kyle is the absolute best of the best!!! Great personality, extremely knowledgeable about everything I’ve asked and the patience of a saint to deal with me, Sue Sweet. I’ll admit it I can be annoy personality, extremely knowledgeable about everything I’ve asked and the patience of a saint to deal with me, Sue Sweet. I’ll admit it I can be annoying and talk a lot about nothing but he always makes me feel like I’m the only customer and his top priority. I travel 45 minutes to go to Patrick Subaru because it’s the best Subaru dealership. I trust them 1,000%. Meanwhile bypassing MetroWest Subaru who putting it in a nice way, I don’t like them. Patrick Subaru and Kyle go above and beyond all expectations!!! Keep up the great job!!! More

Service manager is confrontational and gives zero cares about customer service. Even when it’s his staff that is at fault. Never had a bad experience with his staff on front end, service reps are great, bu about customer service. Even when it’s his staff that is at fault. Saturday July 3rd at 1:00 AM my son Joseph had 2 tires blow out on I-290 coming from Buffalo going home to Mane for the 4th of July driving his new 2021 Impreza. Got a tow to Patrick Subaru and met Mike w blow out on I-290 coming from Buffalo going home to Mane for the 4th of July driving his new 2021 Impreza. Got a tow to Patrick Subaru and met Mike who worked us into the schedule knowing my son would be stranded without a car. A big thank you for helping Joseph on his way!!!! More

Service department here is exceptional. They are efficient, knowledgable, and understanding to customers. They have verified and fixed a couple things on my 19 Impreza and have always been more than efficient, knowledgable, and understanding to customers.
