Not service at all. After a week of making an appointment I lost a day at work. In order to live the car with them jajaja unbelievable. I show him the registration and he told me that I am going to need more than that. I pulled the car out get to the office and ask for manager and let him know that the service is terrible because no one told me about insurance Prof or anything like that+ live the car all day for a service in an empty garage because I was the only customer there all the rest of the people employees are there walking around doing nothing. More

I decided to return to Patrick Subaru even though I have a Subaru dealer much closer to my house. I made that choice because they do a consistently better job performing work on my vehicle. At the other l a Subaru dealer much closer to my house. I made that choice because they do a consistently better job performing work on my vehicle. At the other location, I had to return to have them re enable the Eye Assist and RAB that became disabled after service. The people who greet you and process you in are polite and personable. The mechanics perform the appropriate services and leave my SUV without additional problems that would require a return visit. It is very important to have tasks completed in one visit. I brought my last Subaru there for 8 1/2 years and was very pleased with everyone in the company. Also, the service department employees and the rest rooms are on the same floor as the waiting room so it is easy to access them. I would highly recommend this dealership to purchase a car and for regular servicing appointments. I regret that I do not recall the name of the person who helped me but Randy Robinson's name is on my receipt. So, I hope he is the employee who made it a great experience. Thanks so much. More

Unfortunately, Patrick Subaru did not provide good service to me or my vehicle as stated by the service director. I had made an appointment for 7:15 am, however, they wanted to keep my vehicle for tw service to me or my vehicle as stated by the service director. I had made an appointment for 7:15 am, however, they wanted to keep my vehicle for two days because they didn’t get around to diagnosing until late in the day (8 hours later). I wasn’t able to get it fixed and had to make additional arrangements. Not sure why I was last in their list as my appointment was scheduled for 7:15 am. I was very pleasant and friendly so I’m unsure way I was not respected or treated unfairly. More
Paul was the best car salesmen I’ve ever met. He answered every question that I had and was honest throughout the whole experience. I just want to give a shout out to John in the service dept. He is knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful whenever there is a question. He is always patient when this layman asks questions about dept. He is knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful whenever there is a question. To start off, I was called by the service department and they left a message regarding my 1st oil change and service needed. This VM stated that I had a free tire rotation for my first oil change. After r they left a message regarding my 1st oil change and service needed. This VM stated that I had a free tire rotation for my first oil change. After reviewing the message, I called the number back to make an appointment for service and I specifically asked about the free tire rotation. The lady that answered the call then asked the service desk if they could accommodate the the free tire rotation. I was VERY confused as the message that they had just left stated that I was to receive the free rotation. The lady came back on the phone and said that they could ABSOLUTELY offer me the free tire rotation and we went on to book the appointment. When I got to the appointment. They had never heard of me, didn't have my appointment in the system and refused to offer me the promised tire rotation. They lost me as a customer! Bad customer service. More
