The process between time with her, “deal making”, and the finance paperwork took maybe 3 to 4 hours total - which to me was a miracle. Laura is knowledgeable about the cars she works with, and completely up front around cost, rates, etc. i found the entire experience refreshing. I also loved Laura’s sense of humor and we had many laughs along the way. Since I now live in this area, I’d happily purchase from her in the future and refer her to friends nearby. I love my Subaru touring XT for all its safety features and what I call senior aids in driving. The symmetrical all wheel drive is great for New England winters and can't say enough about Subaru's boxer engine and how well it performs.
