The experience of purchasing the car was a pleasurable one and I found the salespeople that I dealt with to be straightforward, knowledgable, and friendly. I did not feel pressured at this dealership, and I had been to other dealers previously where I had that "feeling". Those of you are shopping around at the moment know what I mean. Perhaps it depends on WHO you are specifically dealing with at Patrick Subaru? (I'm looking at the previous poor reviews). My salesperson was excellent and I did not experience any issues. Then again, my car has 250 miles on it so who knows what may happen when the car comes in for service. Anyway, good luck. Helpful hint: ask for "Joe" when you enter the delaership. More

I purchased a 2001 Audi TT from Patrick Subaru in June of 2004. They assured me that the car had been thoroughly inspected by their technician and that the vehicle had never been involved in an accident. The 2004. They provided a CarFax report that showed no accident history. Within 24 hours, the car began having serious mechanical and electrical problems, which, I admit, they were pretty good about resolving. However, the vehicle has had numerous, serious, expensive, sometimes dangerous mechanical failures since then. An Audi dealership Service Manager informed me after a recent service appointment that one of my wheels cannot be aligned propoerly and that this is most likely the result of some kind of frame or suspension damage. Since the car has never been in an accident while I have owned it, I requested the technical inspection documentation from the dealership. The document they provided is laughable. It shows no date, no VIN, no milage, no technician signature, nothing filled in the blanks except "'01 Audi TT" as a vehicle description and the printed name "Paul" as the technician's name. There is nothing definitively linking this paper to my car. The form has a long line of check marks indicating that there were no problems with the vehicle except that some of those check marks are next to items that were not working when I drove the car off of their lot. I left the lot with a service appointment for items that were supposedly inspected and working (I'm not talking about a light bulb that could have burned out in the interim - more serious issues). They have admitted to me that they do not check the vehicle's alignment by any method other than a test drive even though the inspection form indicates that the car's alignment had been checked. They bought the car at auction and I believe that they told their tech to inspect it but he simply checked the boxes without performing a thorough inspection. More
I started out really enjoying this dealership. I purchase cars every few months and thought for sure that I would be buying and servicing alot of cars here. I bought a cheap Subaru Impreza here. HOWEVER, after having the car for just a couple months (about 1700 miles) Ilent it to my mother-in-law. She was driving the car on the road when the front right tire blew out and sent her into the curb. After putting on the spare she brought it to me saying that she was not abusing it at all (which if you knew this woman you would believe her). I arranged for it to be brought to the dealer and fixed under warranty. Then I spent my entire day defending my mother-in-laws integrity. Averyone accused my mother-in-law of abusing the vehicle. She was just driving on the road!! It was obviously a defected tire. I spent the entire day on the phone only to hear from John Kessler that if my wife did not return the loaner car right away he would report it stolen! Can you believe these people!? Granted you can take this story with a grain of salt as you are only hearing my side of the story, but I have not even mentioned half of my problems with the service there. This is most assuredly a warranty issue as I was a Manager of an Acura Dealer for 5 years. I would know! Needless to say, unless they take care of this matter I will do everything in my power to inform everyone never to go to any of their dealerships again for any reason!!! More
We drove 40 miles to this dealership as they seemed to have good prices on used subarus. We wanted to buy a car, but the salespeople were not interested in selling! The salesperson wouldn't come with us on the test drive. When we went in after the test drive, he was with another customer. He didn't even smile and acknowledge our presence. We waited for abt 1/2 hr and asked to see the manager. When we complained to the manager, his apology was not at all sincere. Everyone there had an attitude. I would never go back there. We first went there yesterday, but the salesperson who was working with us wanted to leave as soon as it was 5 PM, their closing time. One poor guy had come in for some servicing. The salesperson made him wait and he left! When we were leaving, this person came to us and asked if the salesperson was around as he was waiting for him to help with the service request. We were alarmed. It shows lack of customer service. One thing is for sure. Even after reading this review you decide to buy a car from this place because you are getting a good deal, be prepared for very poor after sales service. I checked the internet and I came across a couple of other complaints about this dealership regarding their service. Good luck! More
