Despite several requests not to be put on any mailing lists, in person, via email, and on the phone, we keep receiving emails from Patrick Subaru. It has now been 4 months and Patrick Subaru is either unwilling or unable to honor this simple request, even though we clearly stated several times that this would be an important factor in our decision where to buy our next car. Regardles of whether or not Patrick Subaru is unable or unwilling to remove us from their mailing lists, the underlying issue is that this dealer has absolutely no respect for their customers. More
I just helped my mom buy a 2010 Forester and this is the third Subaru I've purchased from Patrick's, the second from sale associate Frank Wilcox. I had an offer from another dealer and contacted Frank hoping he could beat it. Sure enough, he beat the offer by $800. Needless to say, my mother (for whom the monthly payment was very important) was very pleased. Once again was very satisfied with the outstanding customer service we received at Patrick Subaru. Frank treated my mother with respect and courtesy and took the time to patiently explain all of the little details of the car and thoroughly answered every question she had. He also took her on a tour of the Patrick Subaru facility and highlighted the Service Department area while explaining the process of how she would drop off her Forester should she need service. For me, I’m a stickler for getting good customer service regardless of how big or small the purchase is and I knew my mom and I would get just that at Patrick’s and this time was no exception. Patrick's inventory, knowledgeable Service Department and outstanding customer service are the reasons why I keep coming back, and will continue to recommend Patrick's to anyone and everyone I know who is in the market for a car. More

My father and I spent a few days in this process, and he said to me that when we entered Patrick Subaru, he knew we were going to do business with them because of the impression they gave us. It was a serious business environment, were salespeople knew about their product very well and they did not just wanted to talk you into buying a car. We felt they explained very insightfully everything they offered, and because they seemed very serious, my dad felt confident on buying a car from this dealership. We had a great customer service experience and we really bought the exact car we wanted. More
I hate buying cars, however, I had a great experience at Patrick Motors dealing with Tri Le. I never felt as if he was a sales person, but rather an adviser. He would openly speak of his likes and dislikes, as well as strong points and short-comings of the different models. They never made me feel pressured at any time. He was very respectful and I would recommend Tri and the buying experience at Patrick to anyone, without reservation. More
A month or so ago, I bought a Subaru Impreza at Patrick Subaru. I got a pretty good deal, too. The salesman gave some innocuous reason for not filling in certain parts of the Sales Agreement. Then, when I went up to pick up the car, the Sales Manager told me that they had figured the % wrong, and/or based it on the wrong model. The actual cost was going to be a bit more than discussed. Lo and behold, those costs happened to be the parts of the form that the sales guy left blank. I don't know yet the name of this technique but I am told it is not uncommon. I have so far found 2 other Patrick Subaru customers who experienced this tactic. More
I was relaxed and very comfortable at Partick Subaru. I felt I bought a safe and high quality automobile for a fair price. I was under severe time pressure due to a horrible experience at another dealership. Luke was fantastic, he got my son a great Legacy within 2 days for my price and he was aable to leave for college experience at another dealership.
