I was very pleased with the dealership presentation-cleanliness-and friendliness of everyone, even sales reps who were not assisting me which is very unusual. In my 35 years of buying cars it was the FIRST time I was not rushed at the door by reps trying to get at me-no pressure tactics-great team work which enhanced the buying experience. The reps did not sound like the typical "used car sales person type" from the 80's that we all referred to- Plus as a female I was not treated like I had no idea what I was doing-which was a nice change- I also want to mention that I have a Subaru dealer just 5 miles from me and I drove 20 miles to go to Patrick-The experience I had at the other dealership was terrible-cold and somewhat pressured along with treating me like an idiot woman with no knowledge of cars-and they appeared as I was an interuption to their day- When the other dealership called "one week" later to follow up they were also rude when they heard I purchased at Patrick and informed me "Well if you come for service you definately will not get a complimentary vehicle while your car is being serviced and we would of beat their price" and abruptly hung up- Which I believe is not the reputation Subaru as a whole wants portrayed! They were very busy when we showed up but still managed to get to us quickly and show us exactly what we wanted. The negotiations were simple because they offered an excellent fair deal right off. I am filling out this review at the request of the dealership since I just bought a new car from them, but to give you a picture of how this dealership is, I filled one out on my own the minute I got dealership since I just bought a new car from them, but to give you a picture of how this dealership is, I filled one out on my own the minute I got home. The sales person I dealt with was Frank Wilcox, and I swear that man is a saint. He sat there patiently with me for test drive after test drive, never once pushing to close the deal, even letting me walk out the door after more than 3 test drives with only a warm handshake the statement "I hope you find the car you want, but if it IS a subaru, I just ask that you give me the chance to get you a better deal." There was no double talk, he gave me the sticker price and the dealer invoice price, which I copied down and checked with consumer reports: identical. When I mentioned the dealer holdback he was open and honest. Every aspect of my dealings with him was supportive, no pressure, and up front. He sat down and made sure that we read through every word on the sales agreements, and all of the warranty agreements, including the optional ones, but didnt push any of the extra warranties (which I did not buy) He just said "These are the additional warranty services we offer" And we just read the contracts. No pushing how great they were, and expounding on the benefits of extra coverage, just a careful read through of the wording of the contracts. If ANYONE within 100 miles of Patrick Subaru is thinking of buying a new or used car (they have some nice used ones too!) go straight to Patrick Subaru, and MAKE SURE you go directly to Frank Wilcox, second desk from the left against the far wall from the door. You will NOT be dissapointed. More
They certainly were pros. They may be a bit too gruff and to-the-point for some, but I appreciated their honesty and no-nonsense approach. If you need hugs and kisses, go elsewhere. If you need a great car for a great deal, go to Patrick. They are willing to help if and when an issue may arise; they don't lie or sugar-coat things. As a result, you should know what you're talking about before you go in. If you have done your homework, you'll recognize that they offer the best prices - hands down. Put it this way... when I told another dealership what Jason Patrick offered me, they refused to match it and claimed it had to be a scam or a lie. Well, the car is in my driveway... so believe in the deals! More

This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I am pretty sure it showed. Frank greeted me with a friendly smile as I walked in the door and never pressured me once. The negotiation was incredibly simple, and I was encouraged to compare their prices to other locations and dealerships. I was never once asked the question "What will it take for you to purchase this car today" Frank is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he works with, and any questions I could think of he immediately knew the answer. When it was time for me to leave the first time I was down there, there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle, he just said "If you do decide to purchase a Subaru, all I ask is that whatever you price you can get it for you give us a chance to beat it" I shopped around other dealerships found a better price than they offered, and they matched it. They were always warm and friendly and seemed very concerned that I understood all of the details of the processes and the warranties to make sure I did not think I was getting covered for something I was not. I am thrilled with my new car, and could not have been happier with the purchasing experience. I would encourage anyone to go to patrick subaru and if you do go down there, make sure you talk to Frank! More

They were both very responsive and answered all my questions. Even though we live in Metro Boston we drove to Patrick Subaru because they were the only one wiling to negotiate and finalize the drive out price of the car before we even went to the dealership. Once we had the price I went to the dealership and worked with Tri Le, who is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous (which surprisingly is a difficult to find). We test drove the new car, finalised the trade-in value for my old car, added some accessories finished the paper work and was out of the dealership with my new car within 4 hours. Tri was absolute great, he made sure that all the insurance and registration work got done, went over the car manual with me and explained the whole process very well. I would absolutely recommend Tri Le and Patrick Subaru to my friends and family. More

This dealership went out of its way to assist me in a complicated new-car purchase when my local dealer in the Berkshires wouldn't.
