Service manager is confrontational and gives zero cares about customer service. Even when it’s his staff that is at fault. Saturday July 3rd at 1:00 AM my son Joseph had 2 tires blow out on I-290 coming from Buffalo going home to Mane for the 4th of July driving his new 2021 Impreza. Got a tow to Patrick Subaru and met Mike w blow out on I-290 coming from Buffalo going home to Mane for the 4th of July driving his new 2021 Impreza.
