David Marcoux Business Manager explained all the details and benefits of the extend warranty we were interested in purchasing as we keep our cars longer then most, Gabe Borelli Delivery Specialist was there to answer all the questions we had in regards to the high tech features on Outback that we didn’t have on previous cars. Gabe let us know more than once to always feel free to reach out to him with any questions. More

So I had my first experience with the Patrick Subaru service center the other day (7/27). I was told the prior Thursday I could come in early on the morning I showed up, and they could diagnose the sque service center the other day (7/27). I was told the prior Thursday I could come in early on the morning I showed up, and they could diagnose the squealing I’ve been hearing coming from my car that I’ve only had since 6/16. I show up, felt as I was made out to be an inconvenience, that my showing up was taking from the vehicles who had an appointment scheduled. I understand this as I felt like an inconvenience already because I was showing up when they’re booked out (at this point) to August 2nd. The exchange I had with the service employee (feel awful for not remembering their name) was satisfactory DESPITE them saying they didn’t hear a single noise coming from my car. My apologies, but the second I drove off, and started to hear squealing by the time I hit Belmont Street, was just ridiculous. And it’s ridiculous that maybe in that particular time the squealing wasn’t present. I’m not crazy, I promise there is noise coming from this car, it ebs and flows, and in this case it was the moment where for once this car decided not to squeal while driving for the person who is suppose to diagnose the problem. All in all, decent people, but I was turned away, and now I’m going to go see the mechanic I had been going to for the entirety of my previous vehicle. If he hears anything, diagnoses a problem, I will be coming back with a report, and slight disappointment that nothing was spotted when I first came to Patrick Subaru service dep. These employees are human, and my experience in buying the car was a breeze, i am however disappointed that im already making my first round to the service dep only a month in. More
