Went to look at a used Saab. Friendly sales people, a little pushy but not out of the ordinary. Got to talking numbers on the car, and they refused to budge off their 'already very good' price, which was little pushy but not out of the ordinary. Then, they look at my trade in, and made a down right insulting offer on it ($3500 less than the big 3 valuation), and refused to budge. In addition, I was told that one of the vehicles I wanted to look at was already sold. Here it is a week later, and of course, that vehicle is still on the lot. This dealer looks like they're hoping for uneducated consumers to walk in the door, be fed a line, and fall for their sales tactics. Don't go looking for even an average deal here, there isn't one to be had. More

I traded a Saab 9-3 with the expectation of getting into a newer 9-5 wagon. The Saab wagon I test drove did not have all the features I wanted and I ended up in a used Passat wagon. My salesperson, David Haynes, was very well informed and not at all pushy. I was offered a fair trade for my vehicle and the price on the Passat was very competitive.
