I cant stress enough how convenient our first service was with Patrick mazda! I hadnt even remembered that my new lease came with 3 complimentary service appointments. They called me right about when my oil with Patrick mazda! I hadnt even remembered that my new lease came with 3 complimentary service appointments. They called me right about when my oil change was due as a reminder. When told them getting the car there would be difficult because I work crazy hours and my wife teaches from home, they offered valet service. A driver dropped off a loaner car and took my car to the dealership where it was given an oil change, tire rotation and full safety inspection. Our car was returned within a few hours and was even washed for us! I can't say enough good things about the experience. The customer service at Patrick Mazda is second to none and I will definitely be purchasing my vehicles there from now on! More

2017 Mazda 3 in near mint condition had to put in shop as there was metal on metal contact between rear brake pads and rotors with less than 25K miles. This is unusual wear given the given driving conditions there was metal on metal contact between rear brake pads and rotors with less than 25K miles. This is unusual wear given the given driving conditions and handling of vehicle. The mechanic thought it was acceptable wear. Having done my fair share of brake jobs over 40 years on many cars, I disagreed so I was directed to contact Mazda USA directly with concerns. The dealership did a proper assessment and repair of issue but I was not satisfied with the cost. Mazda USA did give a $250 credit reducing the bill to $450 for the rear pads and rotors plus brake fluid change. Brake fluid change was suggested due to metal contact. Although these are wear items, the pads should be of better quality. I understand the need to control costs but there should be no compromise when it comes to brakes! More

I didnt have time to take my car in for an oil change and when I seen on the website they would come and take your car and have it serviced for you this option was great. I was at work they picked up my car when I seen on the website they would come and take your car and have it serviced for you this option was great. I was at work they picked up my car right on time and left a car for me to use just in case. I also received a detailed video of what he was doing with my car which was awesome.
