I came for an oil change by scheduled appointment and was told it will take over an hour to complete. Joe was very attentive to the fact that I was in a hurry. Service was done even quicker than I expected. I asked a favor for a ride over to the DMV and they obliged. Gus had one of the workers take my grandaughter and I over to the DMV. Sal...the employee I worked with, was very nice and helpful. HOWEVER, I don't understand why it is EVERY time I bring my car in for service ALWAYS making an appointment, things take as long as they do helpful.
