Good Service Took my vehicle in for standard maintenance. Made the appointment on-line, received a confirmation right away and then a couple days before the appoi Took my vehicle in for standard maintenance. Made the appointment on-line, received a confirmation right away and then a couple days before the appointment I received a reminder email. Got to the dealer at scheduled time, and there was no line. Drove right in and spoke to a service person within a minute. They confirmed the service to be performed and said it would take about two hours including the car wash. Less than two hours later the vehicle was ready. They explained the service done and found no other issues. Paid the cashier and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Would highly recommend this dealership. More

Great Service! I have a 2012 Elantra that I bought from another dealer that is not close to Schaumburg. I live in Schaumburg so I have taken my car to Patrick Hyund I have a 2012 Elantra that I bought from another dealer that is not close to Schaumburg. I live in Schaumburg so I have taken my car to Patrick Hyundai for service a couple of times and I have had excellent service! It is easy to schedule an appointment and I have always been greeted by friendly people. Estimates (time and cost) have always been accurate. Service employee always speaks to me before doing anything unexpected to my car. Some services are more expensive at this dealership, but overall I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More
