This is the second CTS I have leased from Patrick Cadillac over the past three years. I have been very satisfied with the service and sales departments. The sales representative was very helpful in answering all my questions. There was no pressure applied to make a decision. They let me drive a new CTS for a weekend to evaluate before I leased it. Dean picked me up at the Airport, since I flew in to purchase vehicle. This was a nice gesture (that I would expect when spending $21,000.) I have been a repeat customer at other dealerships, and maybe thats why I expect a bit more when it comes down to making myself feel comfortable and at ease with the overall experience. I didnt necessarily get this with Dean, I felt more like a number, than an individual.I called a day later to have Dean send title to different address, he said it was too late and it already went out, I asked if he would still "check on it" for me, he said he would. I then talked to Lora Kaiser in the title dpt. personally to verify several days later after not hearing back from Dean, she confirmed Dean NEVER "checked with her", but she would take care of it, which she did indeed. I was in a bit of a hurry and asked Dean to do what he could to get me back on the road in a timely manner, it is just a bit disappointing that I left feeling unsatisfied with the people portion of the transaction, after all I did to purchase this vehicle from Patrick Cadillac, including purchasing an airline ticket to fly in from another state to purchase the vehicle. I would likely not return to Patrick Cadillac, and certainly not to Dean Maroni to purchase another vehicle. More

I read ratings. I rate items based on my actual experience. I and my son went to Partick to purchase a used car for my son who is out of state at college. Also my son wanted a specific color and model which is difficult when buying a used car. I wanted a used car that was eligible for extended warranty to protect my son against future repairs. Joe LaBellarte and Ken Montigo knew the circumstances and really appreciated them. Joe LaBellarte and Ken Montigo treated my son and I with the greatest respect. Joe LaBellarte as the salesperson took a lot of time to carefully find a used vehicle that actually matched my sons and my needs. Joe LaBellarte quoted a great price (believe me I know) and he and Patrick did everything they said they would do and did not fudge on anything. This is really rare. I highly recommend Joe LaBellarte as a salesperson and Patrick as a dealership. The sales transaction and Joe LaBellarte and Ken Montigo and Patrick were so honest I just had to write this review based on my personal experience. Just keep up the good work in the future. My 80 year old Dad bought a caddy from them in august 07 and told the salesman he would pay in full in two weeks if they would float it as he wont have the cash in hand for two weeks he has a 786 credit rat and told the salesman he would pay in full in two weeks if they would float it as he wont have the cash in hand for two weeks he has a 786 credit rating and perfect payment history dating back to 1969, the salesman said let me check with my manager, he comes back 5 mins. later and says OK, knowing full well what the deal was that was being agreed upon. My dad drives off with his new car, he KEEPS HIS SIDE OF THE DEAL and pays them early sept 07,at the end of september he gets a financing bill for $600-$700 some odd dollars, he calls them and the manager wont return his calls the salesman puts him on hold never comes back to the phone etc. THEY RIPPED OFF AN EIGHTY YEAR OLD MAN may as well snatch purses! Would you even consider buying a car from these folks? I wouldnt! More
