Joe Labellarte has been attentive to every need, available to answer every question, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the experience was of the highest quality. The test drive was scheduled to conveniently fit my schedule, the paperwork needed by my finance company was submitted in a timely fashion, and the follow up was fantastic. Being picked up and driven to the dealership to finalize the purchase was a touch befitting royalty. More

Dean picked me up at the Airport, since I flew in to purchase vehicle. This was a nice gesture (that I would expect when spending $21,000.) I have been a repeat customer at other dealerships, and maybe purchase vehicle. This was a nice gesture (that I would expect when spending $21,000.) I have been a repeat customer at other dealerships, and maybe thats why I expect a bit more when it comes down to making myself feel comfortable and at ease with the overall experience. I didnt necessarily get this with Dean, I felt more like a number, than an individual.I called a day later to have Dean send title to different address, he said it was too late and it already went out, I asked if he would still "check on it" for me, he said he would. I then talked to Lora Kaiser in the title dpt. personally to verify several days later after not hearing back from Dean, she confirmed Dean NEVER "checked with her", but she would take care of it, which she did indeed. I was in a bit of a hurry and asked Dean to do what he could to get me back on the road in a timely manner, it is just a bit disappointing that I left feeling unsatisfied with the people portion of the transaction, after all I did to purchase this vehicle from Patrick Cadillac, including purchasing an airline ticket to fly in from another state to purchase the vehicle. I would likely not return to Patrick Cadillac, and certainly not to Dean Maroni to purchase another vehicle. More
