I had the worst car buying experience with Patrick Cadillac and Joe LaBallarte that I have ever had. I will never recommend Patrick Cadillac to my friends , nor will I ever service or buy another car Cadillac and Joe LaBallarte that I have ever had. I will never recommend Patrick Cadillac to my friends , nor will I ever service or buy another car from Patrick. I am completely dissatisfied with the dealership and its salesman. My 2010 SRX was delivered with a small dent/chip in the front passenger door. LaBallarte promised to take care of the repair in an expedient manner. He did not. Finally, two weeks after delivery, He made arrangements to have the damage repaired. Patrick kept the car for 3 days and when it was returned to me no repair had been done. I found it astonishing that LaBallarte would call me to tell me the job was done with out checking to make sure it actually was. After an additional 2 weeks of me leaving numerous e-mails and phone messages for LaBallarte, he finally re-scheduled repair of the door damage with the body shop. When I next picked up the car, the damage had been repaired (thankfully), but the car was filthy. The interior mats had dirt on them and the car smelled of body odor. The exterior of the car was filthy (as if driven in a dirt and gravel lot). I commented to LaBallarte that I found it very unprofessional that the car was not washed after body repair work or, for that matter, after any service (Acura always washed my prior vehicle after any service, as is customary in the luxury car industry). LaBallarte blamed the porters. Once again, I found his service in particular, substandard. He should have made sure that the car was properly repaired and washed. Additionally,as part of the purchase of the vehicle, Patrick was supposed to deliver all weather mats. 2 weeks after the purchase, after coordinating with LaBallarte, another salesperson delivered the wrong mats to my house. A week after that LaBallarte came to my office to exchange the wrong mats with others he brought with him, which unbelievably were the wrong mats again. Two weeks later, on his third try, LaBallarte finally delivered the correct mats for an SRX. I am a very disapointed an unsatified customer. More
Grant is fantastic. He is very enthusiastic about the CTS and has a great deal of knowledge about the car. He answered all my questions and we agreed to a great deal on the new car. This salesman knew everything about the vehicles i was interested in and demonstrated all of the workings especially the on screen items that are so dificult to remeber when reading the manual. Having taken delivery of a variety of GM vehicles via numerous salesmen over a 45 year period, I can unequivocally state Grant Klufetos is the best of the best in providing each and every time a relaxed and totally satisfactory lease/purchase experience. His product knowledge is superb -- the best I've ever encountered; he has a passion for things automotive and is articulate, patient, and respectful in explaining the ever-emerging technologies, nuances of the many model and option choices, as well as available offers and incentives. At delivery he is overwhelmingly thorough. His post-delivery willingness to answer questions is equally generous. My wife and I have leased/purchased numerous new Cadillacs from Patrick Cadillac and have been satisfied each and every time. Service, when required, has always been top-notch, without any hassle or repeat visits. More

They also did everything they could to negotiate a price or way to purchase that was within my budget. They did not let me leave until all of my questions were answered and I was satisfied. I have heard many horror stories about purchasing used cars. After visiting 4 dealerships prior to Patrick Cadillac I began to believe these were true. However, my experience with Patrick Cadillac totally changed my perspective. The customer service was phenomenal from initial contact through purchase and beyond. Joe Labellarte has been attentive to every need, available to answer every question, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the experience was of the highest quality. The test drive was scheduled to conveniently fit my schedule, the paperwork needed by my finance company was submitted in a timely fashion, and the follow up was fantastic. Being picked up and driven to the dealership to finalize the purchase was a touch befitting royalty. More
