Been there 3 times for the same issue, got 3 different answers and problem is still noy resolved. Kevin was awesome to work with. After having two extremely bad experiences with other Cadillac car dealerships - it was so great to do business with Patrick Cadillac. Our salesman, Carlos Hernandez, went out of his way to make our pur Cadillac car dealerships - it was so great to do business with Patrick Cadillac. Our salesman, Carlos Hernandez, went out of his way to make our purchasing of my daughter's SRX an enjoyable experience. He did not try and lead us on with phony promises - he was completely honest with us from the onset. He explained everything about the car to us - found the car she wanted - and had it for her to pick up within one week. The follow-up is exceptional - Carlos has called several times to make sure we are happy with the car -and ready to answer any questions that we have. Everyone at the dealership - from the salesmen - to the finance gentleman - to the men who prepped our car were courteous and friendly. We feel we got a very good deal on her new 2011 - and a very fair trade in allowance for her old car. Not only would we recommend Patrick Cadillac to our friends - we look forward to purchasing other cars from this dealership. More
My salesman,Dean Moroni, proposed buying back the final two paymnets on my Cadillac lease as an inducement to buy a 2010 model and not wait until my lease was over before doing so. A new car and price was agreed upon. Dean then handed me over to a staff member in the Finance Department to sign the paper work. When I looked over the purchase agreement he had prepared with Dean's input, I discovered that the cost of the two lease payments Dean agreed to "buy back" were ADDED to the cost of the new car. I inquired of the finance rep if it was Patrick Cadillac's or simply Dean Moroni's intent for me to buy a new car and pay for the two remaining lease payments on a vehicle Patrick was TAKING BACK from me that very afternoon. The finance rep became all flustered and called Dean who would not enter the reps office. They spoke in the hallway with Dean positioned out of sight from me. The rep then re-did the papers and said the lease costs had been removed. I did not check to see for myself right then. I mean who would want to continue this dishonesty having been caught once already? And besides, I knew I would look at them again when I returned home. So,I signed the papers and left in a loaner car--delivery on the new car was later in the week. (Note, Dean did not walk me out, he had been caught and would not man-up to it in any way.) When I got home, I went over the agreement again only to discover that the costs were still on there, only in a different place. The next day I returned to Patrick and spoke this time to the Finance Department Manager who admitted that I had been lied to--onced by Dean and again by his own Finance rep. He then proceeded to "fix" the problem. Well, the now third agreement still hadsome extra costs (not as much as before, but extra none the less.) I called him out on this and he explained it as "taxes". I knew it was b.s. but by that time, Patrick had my old leased car. I figured I would take the problem to a higher authority, which I did by writing the owner, Hanley Dawson. I never got a response. So what have I learned about Patrick Cadillace? Simple. Patrick Cadillac is not to be trusted. Not Dean Moroni nor its Fiance Deprtment. A bunch of people looking to make a dishonest buck. More
I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular my salesman, John Melus. This man and I have been working together since March 2010. (I am very indecisive because of my critic of a husba particular my salesman, John Melus. This man and I have been working together since March 2010. (I am very indecisive because of my critic of a husband. He always had something negative to say about any of my choices or colors or equipment..you get the picture..overbearing!!!!!!!!!! After 6 months of him driving me crazy, he said "I think I am only confusing you...get what YOU want." Well..it took 4 days and John's efforts to get the right price and now I am driving the most eye catching Red CTS Coupe you will ever see on the road. Delivery was as smoothe as a baby's behind and all the features were pointed out to me and what I didn't quite understand, he set up for me. (65 years doesn't really give you all the wisdom you need in today's world.)I will definitely return to this dealership for my next vehicle and will recommend John Melus and his top Manager, Lou to any and all who inquire about my fabulous vehicle and deal. I was in the market for a new SRX and was referred to sales manager Lou Scarmooza by my brother. The salesperson, Dean Moroni, met my husband and I in the parking lot and quickly introduced us to Lou Sca sales manager Lou Scarmooza by my brother. The salesperson, Dean Moroni, met my husband and I in the parking lot and quickly introduced us to Lou Scarmooza. Mr. Scaromooza and Mr. Moroni worked with us to reach a bottom line price that we were very happy with. Then the search began for the SRX in the right color with the right interior. I know that Mr. Scarmooza and his assistant spent several hours trying to locate the exact car that I wanted. After several telephone calls and emails back and forth Mr. Scarmooza located the car I wanted that had just arrived by rail in the Chicago area. The car was delivered to Patrick and prepared for delivery within 24 hours. Dean Moroni gave us a tour of the dealership, including the service department, and introduced us to Tom Radeni, Service Professional, who was very welcoming. Justin in finance was very helpful with finding financing at a good rate and making sure to offer me all of the additional products that Cadillac offered. Justin was also very courteous and professional when I declined any additional products. Grant Klufetos spent a good 45 minutes with us in the car going over all of the options and the navigation system, which saved me hours of reading manuals and locating all the options on my own. All in all we had a great experience at Patrick Cadillac and would reccoemmend the dealership and all the people we worked with to our friends, family, and neighbors. More
Originally I was looking for a previously owned Cadillac. John Melus worked with me to find the model with the "bells and whistles" that I wanted, at a reasonable price.
