I received a great deal on a new SAAB 93 and for my trade. In working with Joe and he was straight-forward, no-pressure, and extra accommodating. Same is true for Lou, the General sales manager. First of all - Rose is the greatest... She has a friendly smile and more importantly, she provides answers to the questions or concerns, not only to me but to everyone I seen her interact with... As for Mike (mechanic) - very helpful and explained everything that was getting done. He also was extremely neat with his work as well as friendly, again, not just with me but with others as well. You need to hang on to these two. THOSE OF US WHO PUT UP WITH THE SALESMENSHIP OF THE SALES STAFF AND ACTUALLY BUY THE PRODUCT ARE RELIEVED TO FIND PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO. More

I was given an estimation of the time it would take to repair (they completed it faster) and the exact cost. I was unprepared for the cost of the repair but had no basis of comparison and went with my gut feeling that Shane and the dealership were competent and fair. Shane assured me that my car was in excellent shape (approx. 45,000 miles) and should last many, many more miles if I continued with the scheduled oil changes and had it serviced whenever diagnostic lights or function changes occurred. I left feeling that the drive from Illinois to Florida would go smoothly in my spiffy, just washed car and skipped the idea of buying a new Toyota Prius. More

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Patrick Cadilac and Grant Klufetos. I did not feel pressured and they met all of my expectations concerning the new purchase of a CTS.
