I brought my 2010 SRX into the dealership - complaining about a grinding noise I heard. I dropped it off in the morning. When I didn't hear anything, I called around 3:45 to get a status. At that time,I was told the technician didn't hear any noise - which I found interesting as I heard it, my husband heard it and my son did as well. My husband called back and asked them to try again. We then called the next morning around 10:30 to find out that they had not yet tried to hear the noise so we drove back into the dealership. Got into my car with Rosa - proceeded to drive maybe 5 feet and heard the noise while turning right. Tried to turn left and heard the noise again. Rosa and Shane were helpful and apologetic but the net net is that whatever tech "drove" my car originally was obviously not paying attention. More

Not welcoming, not friendly, arrogant, The salesman seemed annoyed and did not extend himself at all. I did not need the salesman at all. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Rose each time we have brought our CTS in for service the past 18 months. Given the 23 miles we live from Patrick Cadillac and the multiple choices we have to take the CTS for routine servicing, it is safe to say that we continue to make the trip to Patrick Cadillac due to the exceptional customer service we receive from Rose and the rest of your staff. Your service team seems to work together like clockwork and, as a sales manager with a staff of my own to manage, I'm beyond envious. They use internet sites to get customers but refuse to give any quotes over the phone or on line. They need to move forward to today.Customers use the internet to save time and most customers DO NOT WANT give any quotes over the phone or on line. By the way this ticked me off so much I went to a competitor today and bought. Further 5 of their competitors gave me quotes on line or over the phone. If they are worried about loosing a sale over a few dollars they should think a Cadillac buyer is not going to nickel and dime them. We shop price but buy Dealer professionalism and process. If they want to continue in this manner GET OFF THE INTERNET. More

I have been there several times over the last 2.5 years for services ranging from an oil change to a recall, and the wait time is too long. The length of time they state the service will take is never the time the car is finished. Granted the service area is always busy, but I always make an appointment, and they know why I am there. I have owned various model cars and have been to many dealerships, and Patrick has the "slowest service" I have ever experienced. Otherwise, the dealership is great. More
