This is the third Cadillac I have owned - all from different dealers. Without question, Patrick Cadillac made the whole transaction the easiest for me of all three. I knew what was a fair trade in allowance [they exceeded my expectations]and what I should be paying for the vehicle in question. I was extremely happy with the entire expereince. When I went out to ask Steve questions about some of the space age technology included in the car, again I found him to be receptive to answering allmy questions and providing me with the information I required. I recommended Patrick Cadillac and Steve Popp without hesitation. More
Could have had better luck on South Cicero Avenue. Buyer beware. You buy a used car from here and have an immediate problem, you are on your own. Don't even want to talk to you. I have bought Cadillacs (new and used) from from Hartigan and Napleton for over 35 years and I always got Cadillac treatment. I would never recommend this Patrick Cadillac to anyone. NEVER. I wanted to discuss this with my salesman and he informed me that this was AS-IS and could not do anything about it. Kicked me up to the sales manager. Went in to visit with the sales manager and he always was out somewhere. Never got a chance to talk with him. Although I believe that they should have helped me with this problem because it appeared within days of buying this car, I truly did not expect them to give me anything for free. I would have been happy with good customer service and even a little discount to get this problem taken care of. NO WAY with these guys. They don't even want to discuss the issue. Their staff is no better than the sterotypical car salesman often portrayed in movie. Have a problem and you will find out. No direction from management. And they wonder why foriegn luxury car makers are eating these guys for lunch. It would be easy to outsell Patrick salesmen. More
This is my first Cadillac purchase, I've owned cars from Infinity, Lexus and Saab. By far, this was the best experience I ever had from a dealer. The support, value and professionalism I received was incredible. As mentioned, this is my first Cadillac so there's something to be said either about Cadillac or this specific dealer and team. I'd like to thank Misty for her follow-up, Dean for his professionalism and helping articulate the Cadillac brand and Rocco for bring it all together. I will definitely be back as well as will recommend this deal to anyone who is in the market for a car...Great Team, Great Experience, Great Purchase! More
Bought a used car in February 2011, DTS 2008 model at Patrick Cadillac, when we arrived home from the dealership the car started to smoke and leaking fluids and had to be towed away. The car was in the s Patrick Cadillac, when we arrived home from the dealership the car started to smoke and leaking fluids and had to be towed away. The car was in the shop for three days and after not hearing anything from them had to call them to find out what was going on. When we got somebody on the phone nobody knew why the car was there? Second, had to fight and argue for five months to get a second key, remote control and a manual for the car. Several e-mails, phone calls and visits to the dealer were made in order to get these items. Mr. Frank Amadeo mostly ignored the e-mails and phone calls. Third, once the key was ordered they sent us a post-card in the mail stating a part was ordered and needed to call within fourteen days before the part would be returned. The card I received in the mail had no Patrick Cadillac Logo or phone number to identify who was sending the postcard. Incredible that a so called reputable dealership sends a piece of mail that does not identify them. Also, no courtesy call at all to say your part has arrived. Two months later after holding this card and wondering who sent it to us we went to the dealership personally and asked if they had mailed it. We were encountered by the most arrogant, rude, I don't care attitude personnel we have ever met. They acted like it was not their problem and kept sending me to the next department which was two steps away from each other. They definitely don't work as a team. Finally, when we got the key and remote programmed we waited 45 minutes and when we went to the service desk found the female attendant on the phone arguing with a customer and she came and literally threw our keys on the counter with no explanation while she continued arguing on the phone . WHAT A RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. In the past, we purchased a Cadillac at WEIL Cadillac and the treatment we received by them was SUPERIOR. We deeply regret choosing and purchasing from Patrick Cadillac. More
