I recently bought a 2012 Honda Civic from Pat Peck Honda and the experience was amazing! I cannot say enough about my salesperson, Lee. I have purchased a number of cars in my time, but Lee really hit the nail on the head with how they should be sold. I never once felt pressured or forced into anything. He even remembered that I preferred email and when he called, instead of leaving a voice mail he would email me. Being in IT this was great because it was easier for me to read than to talk. It is not owned by Pat Peck anymore. I had bought my 2 Honda Civics from Pat Peck. I took one of my cars in to get it serviced. I found out that the information on my cars had been wiped out. I had a 2001 Honda Civic and a 2007 Honda Civic both purchased there. I had always gotten the major service work done there. They had no information on either car there. I was so disappointed. I will never buy a car there. I left without getting my service work done there. I took it to another Honda place. They were surprised that it was wiped off the computers - especially since I had purchased both there. I will continue to purchase new Honda Civics but not from there!!! More

I bought a 2011 CRV, Ron was extremely knowledgeable about this car and didn't try to play the "games" that other dealers have tried in the past.
