Stopped by to look at a 2022 Passport and eventually left with the vehicle. The salesman, Sean Brady, was excellent and no pressure. The sales manager basically made me a deal I couldn't turn down!! The Customer service is great until you give them your money after that they're very disrespectful and inconsiderate and I'm talking about the big guys the partners manager supervisor and Gm They RIP me o money after that they're very disrespectful and inconsiderate and I'm talking about the big guys the partners manager supervisor and Gm They RIP me off and cause me to have a nervous breakdown and refuse anyone to help me and didn't call a ambulance it took some strangers to come up to call for help after seeing me falling into the bushes the guy turn me over off my stomach for I could be able to breathe if it wasn't for them idk what could of happened to me Pat peck Honda is a cold hearted dealership all they care about is money I was only upset bc how they were treating me and I nevered disrespected anyone gave them the most patience you could give after they kept my car for a month for repairs after saline me a car that has been in accident and water damage and I lost everything at the end but its not over bc I will be getting intoch with 94.5 to share my story bc this just some of it this wasn't the entire story I will not let them get away with how they treated me I refuse More
