We were on vacation in Gulfport, MS and our Honda Ridgeline would not start. We were able to get a boost in the hotel parking lot and looked up Honda dealer and found PAT PECK HONDA. We drove straight there and when we arrived in the parking lot, an employee immediately came to the truck window. We explained the problem and told him we had no appointment, but he assured us we would be taken care of and "we were". Nick from the service dept. immediately came and told us they would check the truck out and let us know what was going on. They gave us a courtesy ride back to the hotel, and within 2 hours, Nick called and confirmed it was the battery and told us the cost. We agreed. He also said they would check everything out. Again, within 2 hours, Nick called to tell us the courtesy ride was on its way to pick us up. They are what "customer service" is about. They were reasonably priced, explained everything, friendly, efficient and very professional. I would definitely recommend "PAT PECK HONDA" for a great quality dealership. More
