Ryan gave me a few more options and ideas, was never pushy, and always had answers to every question I had. Within a day, I had a brand new car, I was expecting a boring, stripped basic model. Nope, fresh off the truck, three miles and pretty much loaded!!! No stress, no "hurry up, I have bigger fish to fry" attitide. The store was clossing soon when we got there, and was closed a while when I drove my new car off the lot. Wonderful people!!! More

If I could give zero stars I would Worst experience ever.....if I could I would give zero stars. I went there for a simple repair that was supposed to be covered under a recall. However Worst experience ever.....if I could I would give zero stars. I went there for a simple repair that was supposed to be covered under a recall. However when I got there they said the recall expired 10,000 miles ago. That of course makes zero sense but what could I do. Then on top of that, even though I knew what was wrong they wanted to charge me a $100 diagnostic fee on top of the cost to fix the issue. I of course spoke with the manager but only thing he did was push me off to the 1-800 number. Do not go to this dealership for anything. Even though I only dealt with service, I can only imagine what lies the sales people will tell since this place has no idea about customer service. More
