No Customer Service! Always a bad experience here. We bought one car here, and they made a mistake on the financing and we had to come back. Total inconvenience. I swore we would never buy another car from Pat O’Brien Westlake. We gave them another chance on a second car, again more mistakes. There will be no third time. We were there recently for a recall item and figured we’d get an oil change while we were there. It took them 30 minutes just to check us in! Some employees were standing around doing nothing! The employees are so RUDE there! The cashier from Avon Lake with the crew cut didn’t even say thank you! She must not realize that WE are her paycheck! They completely LACK customer service! They have done away with complimentary car washes (unless your car is being serviced) and wouldn’t even accept a Chevy Dealership $5 coupon on an oil change! Our daughter got an email saying her car needed service. My husband called about it. They put him through to a voicemail. No one had the courtesy to even return his call. No customer service. At all! I hope I don’t get any more recalls! If we do, we will definitely go to another dealership! More

Shining Example of Honest and Friendly Dealership I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Pat O'brien over the years. Each transaction was straightforward, fairly priced with honest, easy to understand I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Pat O'brien over the years. Each transaction was straightforward, fairly priced with honest, easy to understand pricing. I always enjoyed my interaction with the sales people and sales manager. Never felt pressured, used or abused. To be honest, they ALWAYS beat any other deal I could negotiate within driving range. They went out of their way to secure the options I was looking for on my Tahoes, and didn't try to shoe horn me into what they had on their lot. Fair, honest and customer oriented is my continuing assessment. Their service department made required recalls in a timely and effective fashion. The very few under warranty defects I had repaired, were also done with timeliness and efficiency. All in all, this is the dealership I go to without reservation. I think you will enjoy your experience there. More

Misleading We were purchasing a car for our son and over the phone, the salesperson (Sam) said they would match the price of the car we had seen at another deale We were purchasing a car for our son and over the phone, the salesperson (Sam) said they would match the price of the car we had seen at another dealership. I was sitting next to my husband listening to the phone conversation. Later, when speaking with the Manager, Tony, he informed us that Sam reported that he did not say this. He had reported that their dealership was worth the difference in price. Tony did offer my son free oil changes for a year. When we reminded Sam about this when we went in to purchase the vehicle, he said he would speak with Tony about the offer he made on oil changes. He also did some quick talking about how it would be a complimentary oil change one time. Regardless, he never said another word about it. At that point, we were just done. Although we purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, we would hope not to do so again, nor would we recommend this dealership. Kamal could not have been nicer. More
