A 30 year hardened skepticism and distrust of dealerships and their service departments is tough to deal with when its time to buy a car and you have to cross that bridge again. Moving to the West side has been good for us for many reasons. Everyone at Pat O'Brien were welcoming and made my wife and I feel comfortable. Everyone involved took the time to explain details of every aspect of our transaction and were willing to take the extra time to do so. Honesty and integrity was obvious. I was given a tour of the service department and as a car guy I was impressed at how clean and well organized it was. Mechanics names and years of experience was proudly displayed over their bays and claim to be rated at the top 1% in dealer service in the country. My 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ was priced right and we are extremely pleased with the car and the buying experience. This was therapy for the self absorbed iconic dealerships with an agenda previously experienced. More
