New Z07 Corvette purchased from Chuck Thomas Chuck was great to work with! He helped us through the initial paperwork process timely and efficiently, which was very much appreciated since we had Chuck was great to work with! He helped us through the initial paperwork process timely and efficiently, which was very much appreciated since we had another engagement that day. Chuck then followed up with us during the week to make sure that he would be at the dealership when we came in to pick up our new car. Upon arriving, Chuck took us out in the service department to show us our car, and then moved it outside to review some of its features. He then sat inside the car with me to help guide me through the registration process with OnStar. This was very helpful since this car is titled in my husband's name but I was answering the questions. At times the CSR with OnStar was not either clear or didn't seem to hear or understand my responses. But Chuck got us through it! Since that day, Chuck has continued to follow up with us to make an appointment to come back in and go over some additional features we did not have time to discuss on the day we picked it up. Also I told Chuck that I was having a problem with my Cadillac and he has asked me several times now to schedule a time when I can bring it in and he will make sure that it gets fixed properly. This did not happen the last time I took my car to Central Cadillac, and since the problem does not impair driving the car, I have been skeptical to take it in for service. However, Chuck has assured me that the Pat O'Brien service department will be able to resolve the problem quickly and with little to no inconvenience to me.
