With the discount we could afford the LTZ model. Chelsea was very pleasant to do business with. For having only 2 and a half weeks experience as vehicle sales person she has the potential to go far. Her friendly patient manner is a big asset for her. Ryan was very friendly also. This time was the friendliest and most helpful we have been treated in many years. Thank you. Wrong repair diagnosis and false offer Recently I had my 2006 Trailblazer in for a Power Steering problem, and receiver a diagnoses of: "new Power Steering unit needed Both Front end Bal Recently I had my 2006 Trailblazer in for a Power Steering problem, and receiver a diagnoses of: "new Power Steering unit needed Both Front end Ball Joints needed Right Tie Rod End and boot needed Front end Breaks needed All for a price of between $900 to $1,000., knowing our car was most likely near the end, I just said push it out. They offered to give me a purchase price for the auction and I said OK. They offered my $1,000. weather I bought another car from them or not. Well based on the above we decided to purchase a used car. The car purchased was Chrysler produce and not from them. I acted on their offer with in one week which was a requirement. I then called to sell the car for the offered price of $1,000. and I was told they would not purchase the car at any price! WOW. I needed to still get my car repaired which I was told its not the Power Steering Unit, it was only the "Power Steering Cooler." Well I may not have purchased another used car, if my price was only $250. Obrian needs to: 1. spend more time determining the actual problem 2. not try to find out all possible problems ... thus scaring an owner into thinking they need car 3. Not LYING by offering a purchase price and then NOT standing behind their offer. I have been an O'Brian Chevrolet customer for offer 4 years.... Not any more. Ron More
