Service oil change Went in for an oil change and to check out some noises that have been going on with vehicle. They were not sure on one of the noises so they decided t Went in for an oil change and to check out some noises that have been going on with vehicle. They were not sure on one of the noises so they decided to put that on the back burner (noise is still there) and then decided to do an AC Recharge (because of the other noise) and it took almost 4 hours. Kept telling me it would be much longer and then two hours later they were done. The past year and a half the service department has been rediculous with time. I was a waiting customer and was completely dissatisfied. More

An unplanned visit to the dealership Our old car was towed in and we got the diagnosis right away. Old car, bad transmission, but at least we didn't have to wait for the "bad news". We were then able to review the inventory and find a new car that we liked and go to the next level. Since this entire process was not "planned", it went smoothly and we found a car we liked. Very sad to see our faithful old Malibu sitting outside looking forlorn, but we like our new car. Mike Towslee made the bad news part of this relatively painless. He fully explained our repair options and the relative costs. We decided to check out new cars before making a decision of fixing the old car. Mike then quickly found us a salesperson we could work. Nick Pelligrini. was a pleasure to work with on the purchase end of this transaction. We had a fun time with him and were honored to be his first ever automotive sale when we finally selected our new Equinox. All dealership personnel were friendly and helpful and the paperwork part went smoothly. We spent a long time at the dealership and did not feel rushed either on whether to fix the old car or to buy a new one. More

They took care of me right away. I discovered that I was losing air in my rear tire. Since I have my grandchild with me almost every day I wanted to get this fixed immediately. I drove to the service department at 6 PM and they took me in quickly. They told me I had a nail that had punctured the tire. They put on my spare and made an appointment to have new tires put on a couple of days later. More
