I bought my vehicle from them but won't buy another because of service department. Besides the normal dealership excuses "we can't duplicate it or that's within the normal sound" try calling and gettin because of service department. Use their online appointment and is freezes on the calendar date selection. Finally get a person and have them tell you " oh its a transmission issue? we can't get you in until Jan.? Called another dealership and then had me in the next Monday. Not just one incident, I'm not usually over critical, but I am not exaggerating. You will see and be disappointed. More

Dropped my truck off Monday evening. Wednesday morning I checked in on my truck ,and I find it sitting in front of one of there employees houses for over twenty minutes. Any time I have taken my car into service, they come and let me know how the service on the car is coming along and if they found any other issues. At the time of my oil change, I was not able to get out due to illness at the time and they came and picked up my car and had the oil change done and a recall taken care of and brought the car back later in the day. The person let me know when he arrived at the dealership and called me to give me a heads up that he was heading back to my home. I have gone the Pat Milikin for years and overall I am very happy with their service. More
