Twice now they have totally failed to honer warranty service I bought a certified used car from a different dealer and need some warranty work done. I was told I would have to pay for all the work up front first I bought a certified used car from a different dealer and need some warranty work done. I was told I would have to pay for all the work up front first. So I drove my car back to the dealer where I bought it 45 miles away and all the work was done at no charge. This just happened again here last week with my 5 year tire & wheel warranty that was not honored. More
Extreme wait time, and not first come first service I've been here since 8:25am and its 11:50am. I just came into Pat Milliken on telegraph rd in Michigan for a Low tire pressure light. And 5 people tha I've been here since 8:25am and its 11:50am. I just came into Pat Milliken on telegraph rd in Michigan for a Low tire pressure light. And 5 people that came in after me and their service completed before mine. The service I needed is Minor at the lease at a tire repair, the most a new tire. More

I came to the dealership because I was displeased with the service experience at my previo I have been happy with Pat Milliken Ford for over 10 years. I came to the dealership because I was displeased with the service experience at my previous dealership. My satisfaction with the service department at Pat Milliken has been excellent. Most recently I needed repairs for my 10 year old Freestar. The most important repair was done quickly and more than satisfactorily. However, the mirror I needed is no longer in the Ford inventory, yet my service representative, Ian Murphy, went out of his way to find comparable replacement mirrors that I can use. I appreciate Ian's initiative and dedication to satisfying his customers. I can recommend Pat Milliken Ford because all of the people with whom I interact display a dedication to customer service and satisfaction. More

Beyond Great Service I recently took my vehicle in for the "Works", oil change and tire rotation. Somehow my key for the locking lug nuts was missing. I got a ride home to I recently took my vehicle in for the "Works", oil change and tire rotation. Somehow my key for the locking lug nuts was missing. I got a ride home to look for it. Before I could call the service department and tell them to cut off the locking lug nuts, they had found a way to remove them, rotate my tires and provide me with a new set of locking lug nuts. Exceptional service! You have a customer for life. Thank you service department. More

Excelent service dept. Service walk-ins are welcome. I typically have all three of my vehicles serviced the same day I drop one off get a ride home from there courtesy van. When the first ones done I drive the second one up and take the first one home, same with the third. Good way to spend a day off multitasking rather than just sitting in the watting room at the dealership. They also have a loyalty system of you get free oil changes after pay for a few plus cash rewards that can be used for future service. More
