Don Kalie has always taken the time to understand what I'm looking for and matched me with the perfect car in the right budget. When it was time for my son and daughter-in-law to buy cars, I sent them right to Don and he found used cars that were perfect for a young couple just starting out. I just picked up my dream car, a 2015 Mustang, and Don was clearly as passionate about cars as I am. Jerry in the finance dept put together a great package for me to take care of all my needs and stay within budget. Then Aaron in the service department has worked with me to install the modifications to make my Mustang growl. I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the whole experience! More

Most recently I needed repairs for my 10 year old Freestar. The most important repair was done quickly and more than satisfactorily. However, the mirror I needed is no longer in the Ford inventory, yet my service representative, Ian Murphy, went out of his way to find comparable replacement mirrors that I can use. I appreciate Ian's initiative and dedication to satisfying his customers. I can recommend Pat Milliken Ford because all of the people with whom I interact display a dedication to customer service and satisfaction. More
