This was by far the best experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle. Byron was knowledgeable and very gracious. I Attempted to trade in my SUV at pat mcgrath dodge country we went in and picked out a car after we decided on a 2012 dodge durango we went home to get our trade vehicle, we arrive back at the dealers country we went in and picked out a car after we decided on a 2012 dodge durango we went home to get our trade vehicle, we arrive back at the dealership I pull in and get plowed over by an employee driving the car I was looking to purchase. The employee came speeding through the lot rammed into the front side of my SUV practically ripping the hood off spun my car 90 degrees in the parking lot mind you where there are customers and employees walking around. He admitted full fault for the accident to myself my husband as well as the reporting police officer and now the dealership managers etc do not want to do anything to make it right no reasonable offers on a replacement car nothing they attempted to offer the same deal I was offered prior to this horrible event . A dealer for the people???? Yeah they are all for you until you sign the paper then they couldn't care less they are only concerned with making a buck they do not care at all about customer service. G Mcgrath has made attempts at minimizing the magnitude of this event and frankly insulted my intelligence by offering less than satisfactory manipulations of what is meant to be a car deal. He seems to not grasp the events that occurred and shows no remorse for the actions of his staff and luckily it was just a vehicle that was destroyed yes I was hurt but will live what would have happened if a pedestrian was walking in the path of this employee or heaven forbid another customer was there with their child viewing cars. G Mcgrath does not seem to understand or care that AN EMPLOYEE ACTING WITH NO REGARD FOR SAFETY PLOWED INTO A CUSTOMERS PERSONAL CAR AND THE DEALERSHIP IS DOING NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a case of gross negligence on their behalf, who ever thinks they would go to a dealership and get their car plowed over. I would at the very least expect a reasonable deal on a car but god really same deal as prior to your employee running into me and causing huge amounts of damage really. I will be taking my business else where as well as reporting this business I highly recommend STAY AWAY HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE.... Also the deal they are trying to make to me trading in the van for 21 and all that seems to be real unreasonable given the surrounding circumstances because they have the same van with more miles listed on their website for 26 so they are still looking to make money off of us and they are doing nothing to make this right. More
The overall experience was good, though the financing end was drawn out and unneccessarily so. I came to buy a car and got 2 hours of unwanted solicitation to buy the extra warranties. I would rather see an upfront approach to this, instead I sat in the office with the finance guy and then he ran back and forth from someone elses office. Tell me what the options are and let me make my decision before you add it inot the cost of the car. Our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. More
Jason is a straightforward salesman who did not attempt to "pull the wool over my eyes" when we discussed my options. I was very happy that he understood that I wanted a specific car and didn't try to convince me to get something else for now, like a lot of dealers will. He is very personable and I was able to relate to him personally which meant a lot. He got to know me, and took care of me with every last detail and even checks up on me from time to time. I really was satisfied with my purchase and I can honestly say that thanks to Jason, I own the car I have wanted for a long time. It's actually the first time in my life where I own the car I have been dreaming of. 100 Percent Satisfied. More
I've had 2 different vehicles in four different times and have never had a positive experience. In fact, during my wife's last visit when they screwed up the oil change process for the second time, she left have never had a positive experience. In fact, during my wife's last visit when they screwed up the oil change process for the second time, she left screaming that she will never go back. And they recommended extra work that exceeded Chrysler's recommendation - I guess they know better than Chrylser. On my vehicle, I believe the transmission is going bad, but they say the problem lies with the steering (I guess steering must be what is initially engaged when put into drive - and I thought the transmission is what makes the vehicle go). And by the way, this 135,000 10 year old vehicle has various leaks that would cost more than the vehicle's value that "should be taken care of very soon". Since 1984, I have been a loyal Chrysler fan, but thank to Pat McGrath, when my vehicle dies, I will no longer buy Chrysler. In other words, they rip you off, recommend work that does not need to be done and can't diagnose the root cause. And complaining to Chrysler headquarters get's you a canned "I'm sorry that you had a less than favorable visit". More
These guys were great! They helped me out of a bad situation into a great new car! I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated since it felt like they actually cared about getting me a car and no situation into a great new car! I went in to look at a specific vehicle. Joshua showed me the vehicle and realized I was not set on purchasing that one. He asked me what I was wanting in a vehicle. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and he showed me another one that fit the bill. I liked it just as much and it was less expensive. I was sold. When passed off to the finance manager, Tim Dea, he worked hard for me to get me the best deal he could with financing and surpassed my expectations. Way to go guys! More
