I brought my vehicle into McGrath Chevyland [which had less than 12k miles on it] for a routine 6,000 mile oil and filter change and a tire rotation. During the course of my wait, I was approached by a service rep who informed me that 'my front and rear wipers were streaking' and 'did I want to take care of that today'. First of all: wipers that haven't even been through an enitre single winter season do not need to be replaced in eight months; and secondly, I do not like the dealership's incessant McDonald's approach of 'asking for the fries' when I did not specifically bring my vehicle into their service department to have my wipers replaced. My salesman was Tyler, and I worked with Landon on the finance side. From the moment we walked in, I was struck with how friendly and in the moment both guys were. A lot of times in a dealership, the people you deal with are juggling many different clients, but even if they were, we were made to feel like WE were their priority. I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership to buy a car that I've wanted since I was 12 years old. I realized a 48 year old dream when I left there with a 2017 C7 Corvette. Now, this was a pretty big day to me, and I had very high expectations of both the car, and the experience. Either one, done badly, could have sent me packing, there are a lot of C7 Corvettes for sale, especially if you don't mind making a trip to get one. There is a lot more I could put into this, but, in a nutshell, both guys, Tyler and Landon, went above and beyond to try to get me where I wanted to be so I could afford this car. The process was a bit long, but at no time did either of us (my wife and I) ever feel left hanging. I really enjoyed just chatting with both men, getting to know them both and I could feel a genuine respect for both my wife and I, and that went a long way with me. Both these guys are a credit to Pat McGrath, and I can honestly say, I have purchased many many cars in my 60 years, and that was far and away the best experience I've had. And not just because I made a 12 year old boys dream come true. It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you for making the whole experience worth the wait!!! Richard and Kim Ball More
