Wife’s car needed scheduled maintenance following a road trip. I called Cannon Campbell with an issue with my rear gate not working as well. He told me some things to try over the phone, which did not work. A few days later I drove the vehicle and he tried to get it figured out on the drive, but said he was certain it was a bad sensor. He scheduled me at my earliest convenience and we brought the vehicle to him today. He got everything handled and got our car serviced and repaired and back in my garage for my wife’s work week which starts tomorrow. I came up while my wife was waiting and asked him to turn off the “enhanced engine sound” on my new tundra and he immediately took it back and got it done within 5 minutes. Also needed a part and he walked me over to Shelby in parts, who was eager to help me and get my parts figured out. Thank you. Communication, friendliness, willingness to help and excellent product knowledge are just a few of the many traits which he has and which I like. My only “go to” service advisor at this dealership, and will continue being so, as long as he is around! Thank you Cannon! More
