Charles was so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure he fixed my car while the warranty office was still open. I know this was a pain since he only had a short window with it being a Saturday. I went for my 30,000 miles check up, oil change.Stepped outside to just look at he cars and Amanda approached me and said they had some great deals going on. And due to my credit score being better than 3 years ago, she told me they could lower my payments, which was very appealing. Very pleasant young lady, friendly, honest and sat down with Spike and he asked me what exactly I was looking to pay. Between them I was signing papers. Final visit with Chris- I was also looking for an extended warranty/ road assistance- well he dug in a little bit- and got me this great deal not really affecting the payment i wanted. this is my 2nd car i have bought from Pat Lobb- I have the option to go 5 minutes away from my house to Plano Toyota for services- i choose to drive 1/2 hour to Patt Lobb. I truly trust them- everyone is friendly, acknowledges you to see if you need any help, and I just feel comfortable goin there. Amanda was there till I exchanged my car belongings, and she even helped me transfer my trunk belongings. Which I thought was very nice. We did not leave with a hand shake, I gave her a hug. I would recommend Patt Lobb to everyone and anyone. My experinces there have been nothing but the best- even passer by will ask if you'd like something to drink. Very family oriented, caring people and going out of their way for everyone. More
Absolutely fantastic service. I called ahead and was told to bring it in and the work would take 45 minutes to an hour. It was in and out in 45 minutes, as promised. After the sale, he is personally just as available and helpful to his customers for any questions or problems that need to be solved. He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly and a straight-shooter who is a person of his word. He is a professional who makes it easy for you to get exactly what you need, and he follows up with you to make you are taken care of properly. I highly recommend him to everyone. Mike Weiss of the body shop is another caring Pat Lobb employee of integrity we are happy to recommend. He not only professionaly assessed our exact repair needs after our 3-month old car was side-swiped by a hit and run driver, but also saw to it that our vehicle was fixed and restored to its previous glory quickly, for a fraction of the quote we had received from an unscrupulous body shop dealer closer to our home. The Service Dept personnel -even guys who open your door and escort you inside - are polite, helpful, honest and go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to fix a problem to our satisfaction. Their service hours on Saturday are great. We feel pampered whenever we come to the Pat Lobb facility; the building is an interesting and enjoyable place to visit, being an eco-friendly LEEDS certified building, unlike other old dealerships with noisym smelly and depressing waiting rooms. I haven't had such wonderful service since I owned an expensive luxury vehicle years ago, and feel like we are always treated at Pat Lobb as good as if we were a member of their own families. More
We took our Toyota in for warranty work and they concluded that there was nothing wrong since the "Check Engine" light was not on. This, and they had the nerve to act as though they were doing us a concluded that there was nothing wrong since the "Check Engine" light was not on. This, and they had the nerve to act as though they were doing us a favor because they'd checked and cleaned one intake component during the service. Their customer service is shoddy and they're rude at times and generally unhelpful most all of the time. I cannot recommend them because of their attitude and the fact that they never actually fixed anything. The problem continued to happen after taking the vehicle to them twice. More
There is no such thing as "Customer Service" here at Patt Lobb. Service Dept. employees are thick-headed. When the work wasn't satisfactory the Service Dept. Supervisor never apologized nor looked me in the Lobb. Service Dept. employees are thick-headed. When the work wasn't satisfactory the Service Dept. Supervisor never apologized nor looked me in the eye. He did have his crew fix the situation though. With as many problems that Toyota is having right now and the amount of competition out there I would think they'd be tripping over each other to please the customer. I will drive all the way to Plano or even Rockwall now. This was not just one incident....it was the last several times I took my car there. Good Luck, Lobb.....you're going to need it. More
