I'd like to clarify that I would recommend this this service center only to other local Nissan customers who were still under warranty. My last two visits there they tried to charge me for work that is service center only to other local Nissan customers who were still under warranty. My last two visits there they tried to charge me for work that is covered under Pat Fischer service agreement and I am still not sure how a $250 transmission service ended up costing me $400+. I have never been impressed with this service department because I never get good answers out of them when I ask questions. I also get the sense they don't read their own reports that get sent out because I have received a report about an update and when I question the adviser they tell me there isn't one until I make them go back and look then they have to get it done. Overall I have never been displeased with the quality of work from the shop. They seem to get it done right and within the timeframe they say. More

I was promised a complimentary detailing due to new clothes in car being ruined during previous service appointment. I brought the car in, waited two and a half hours and got the car back in the exact clothes in car being ruined during previous service appointment. I brought the car in, waited two and a half hours and got the car back in the exact same condition that it was when I brought it in. Service was oil change only. Your agency gave me an estimated bill of 59 dollars before discount were taken off. I had a 20 dollar discount sent to me by your dealership, also used a 7 dollar credit from past service. My bill was a little over 60 dollars after the above discount. Made complaint by phone. Got no reply. The bill should have been in the 30 something range. I would not waste my time driving there again. I did not argue the price in front of other customers, just paid and left. They showed discounts but the amount was in the 80s before taking off the discount. More
