Dlemerise1968, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. In reference to your complimentary oil changes. When you purchase a vehicle from us we cover your first year of maintenance, which includes 3 complimentary oil changes and tire rotations, but they must be used within the first twelve months of ownership. We base this on the average driving miles of 15,000 per year. You purchased your vehcle in May of 2024 and your last service visit was May of 2025. Our records indicate you were able to claim 2 of the 3 complimentary services during the 12 month period. We apologize if there was any confusion with our Complimentary Maintence policies. We regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience. We hope you will give us another chance. Thank you and have a great day.
