I bought my car there and was lied to by finance Mgr and another guy which I ended up financing 2,300 more because of lie. So I stayed with service debt because they were so nice and helpful. This I came in another guy which I ended up financing 2,300 more because of lie. So I stayed with service debt because they were so nice and helpful. This I came in, one of the people left for another job, and the other person you don't see. I came out with higher price than I've paid in 2 yrs. Horrible car wash, and no details about a inspection that you pay for. Nothing. They charge you but no answers. Will not be going back. I'm still paying off the 2,300 dollars and will never buy a car there as long as they have this person in their finance dept. He's arrogant, rude, and a lier. More

Unlike EVERY other auto sales purchase my wife and further developed via phone contact with our Pat Fischer Nissan Sales professional, Tammy Shende. Unlike EVERY other auto sales purchase my wife & I have made over the past 40 yrs. (which has been >10 vehicle purchases) there was absolutely NO PRESSURE & NO NONSENSE on Tammy's behalf. The day we spoke via phone to ensure the Jeep we were seeing was available for purchase, our Sales Rep utilized her Sales Mgr., Frank to get us a fair trade-in offer that we accepted and scheduled us an appt the next AM to see & drive the vehicle. It was exactly the Jeep my wife had wanted...as well. Despite the fact we drove 4 hrs round trip to transact our purchase, it was well-worth the Fischer Nissan & Tammy purchase experience we found; throughout the entire dealership. My wife & I felt as though we were the only client in their Dealership that day. Keep up the 5-Star worth!!!!! More

Repair was not satisfactory, car held for days after being told it was take 4hrs. New dash codes found after serviced. Unable to Clear the dashboard light. Paid over 800 dollars for a repair that’s not being told it was take 4hrs. New dash codes found after serviced. Unable to Clear the dashboard light. Paid over 800 dollars for a repair that’s not complete. Received an email with new quote of approximately 3200 dollars for a repair estimate did not state what was to be done for the repair. I feel cheated and manipulated by the dealership. Very disappointed ☹️ More
