I live in Tampa which is about 2 hours from Titusville. I will gladly drive the distance to get the great service and pricing at Pat Fischer Nissan. He was able to beat the pricing of the large Nissan Dealers in Tampa and the service was small town, fast and friendly. The closing took abotu 20 minutes and there was no high pressure "buy add-ons" sales pitch. More
From the moment I walked in to the service department I felt very welcome. Both of the gentlemen in the department were all smiles and seemed so happy, very refreshing in a car dealership. Gary was so kind felt very welcome. Both of the gentlemen in the department were all smiles and seemed so happy, very refreshing in a car dealership. Gary was so kind and professional, having to have work done to my car is probably my least favorite thing to do but this was a BREEZE. My family in PA owns an auto repair shop and knowing how dealerships can be always just straightens your spine just a touch, not in this case. My car was serviced immediately and I was off to enjoy the rest of my day without any hassles. Thanks Gary and Pat Fischer Nissan for restoring my faith in dealerships again. More
So let me start by saying I like to deal with dealerships as much as I like paying my taxes...Its a necessary evil. This is why for the most part I do as much research as I can before stepping foot in one. as much as I like paying my taxes...Its a necessary evil. This is why for the most part I do as much research as I can before stepping foot in one. I searched and searched through the world wide web for a specific vehicle and price and narrowed it down to 3 (Used), 2012 Nissan Armadas, all of which were at PatFischerNissan.com. This purchase was also a surprise for my wife so time spent away from home was critical so as to not make my wife suspicious. Well, I called the dealership and let them know I would be headed over. When I got there there I met Chaz and he took me around to the vehicle which was being detailed for me by to guys. (at this point, as far as they new, I was just kicking tires). One of the guys was introduced to me as PAT Fischer!!. I asked what the Owner of the dealership was doing with a rag in his hand, cleaning the car! He just said "thats just how we do things around here"! I was very impressed. The dealerships attention to detail was unsurpassed. I felt (according to very specific research I had done on my own) I received a very fair deal. I have since then referred my Mother in law as well as a friend to go there and they have both left happy with vehicles! Thats my 2 cents. Hope this helps future buyers. More
My family has been buying cars at Fischer Nissan for several years, and we have always had an outstanding experience. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional; pricing is always fair, and the cars we have purchased have always been an excellent value. I purchased a 2012 Sentra was given a fake car fax. They lied about the car's previous rental usuage which I found in the glove box. I purchased extended warranty before I found out that the car already rec lied about the car's previous rental usuage which I found in the glove box. I purchased extended warranty before I found out that the car already received the service and asked Pat Fischer the owner to refund the warranty and he thought it was a joke. More
Salesman Ben was professional. My reason to visit was to test drive a Juke, and I advised I was not ready to buy before we took the test drive, but that the Juke was one of the cars I was considering. After test drive a Juke, and I advised I was not ready to buy before we took the test drive, but that the Juke was one of the cars I was considering. After driving, I allowed Ben to get a trade in offer on my car because I wanted to see if I would be in a position to buy the Juke. The numbers weren't where I wanted to be, so I declined. Another offer, and again I declined. The sales manager, Tommy, was sent in to return my keys to me. He immediately started back into the numbers again, and I told him that I understood the numbers, and that I wasn't interested. He asked why, and I told him because I still had a car and the numbers weren't where I needed them to be. He asked me where I got my lines, from reading a book? I was shocked and asked him if he really did just disrespect me like that? He proceeded to tell me I was disrespectful because I didn't let him finish going over his numbers (never mind that Ben had been over them twice already with me). Needless to say, I was furious. Ben did apologize, however, he should have honored my wishes when I said no thanks to speaking to the sales manager and I would have at least left without being angry. BTW, the deal on the Juke was not necessarily a bad deal, I just wasn't prepared to pick the first car I test drove and did make it clear it would likely be after the first of the year when I decided so that he knew where I stood about buying a car that day. PROS: Nice salesman (Johnny Church), civil behavior from salespeople and manager CONS: Watch out for the shell game REVIEW: Once you get into the negotiation phase, the salesman will step away and th salespeople and manager CONS: Watch out for the shell game REVIEW: Once you get into the negotiation phase, the salesman will step away and the used car manager will play a shell game with the numbers. If you can do arithmetic, you can follow it and counter it. Remember, DO YOUR HOMEWORK ahead of time on the value of the specific car you want and your trade-in value and you should be OK. Overall, it was relatively quick and everyone was calm and civil. VERDICT: Better than average buying experience. More
Bait and switch tactics. Offered me one price for my trade, then did the work-up with a price of $4K less. They absolutley refused to honor the original offer. Stay away from Pat Fischer if you want a trade, then did the work-up with a price of $4K less. They absolutley refused to honor the original offer. Stay away from Pat Fischer if you want a dealer that is above board and treats you fairly. More
