Sales Experience I haven't had to buy a car in 10 years, and needless to say, wasn't exactly looking forward to the dealership experience. Well, after only going to look at Nissan's---not my first choice--- I ended up purchasing a brand new Altima from Joshua. I was definitely happy that he was the salesperson that greeted us on that afternoon. Being an educator, I have a respect for a novice professional. There is a sense of genuiness that you just can't hide. I appreciated Joshua for just being a representative of the dealership and not a salesperson who did anything he could do make the sale! He was kind and definitely patient with me--as I was definitely undecided about a multitude of factors. I will say that one of the main reasons that I did decide to purchase at Pat Nissan was because of Joshua--- his dedication to trying to learn the business and achieve success is admirable for someone his age. The management staff---namely-- Marc Jones was also fantastic! We were at the dealership for at least 6 hours---NOT because of them---because of ME! I truly could have not asked for a better experience. We not only made a sale, we established a rapport and professional relationship that I am happy exists now. Thank Joshua and Thanks Marc! More

My initial contact with them was Chaz R. due to a query via the website. Admittedly the car was on the less expense side, but none the less, he demonstrated such enthusiasm and excitement. That passion not only compelled me to drive from Orlando, but also increased my faith in the quality of the truck (Dodge 1 ton. I also want to add that within minutes of submitting my request for info, he was on the phone with me. Unfortunately when I arrived Chaz was already with another customer. A gentlemen by the name of Ric O stepped up to the plate. Considering he had less skin in the game, one would think (working someone else's deal) he would have a more passive attitude. Yet again they exceeded my expectations. He patient, polite and courteous and had me in and out in no more than 45 mins(10 of the minutes are kinda my fault). If they were this kind to me, I could only imagine the treatment a new customer would receive. But after thinking about it, I think it would probably the same. I Have purchased cars from Pat fischer for years I even bought my first car here when i was 16. So I was excited to do business with them again.... I am sorry to say that there is only one thing that they bought my first car here when i was 16. So I was excited to do business with them again.... I am sorry to say that there is only one thing that they are after and that is your money. Customer service is not what it used to be. I was pre approved through my bank for a loan but I was pressured to do their loan at 24% interest but my bank had a far better interest rate. They even told me that they called my bank as a customer and said that there was no way they could do it.... shadey! So I told them ok I will do it if you can get me the car at a fixed price out the door tax tags everything... They said no problem but when my bank received the loan it was 2400 over the price we discussed. I ended up going to Titusville dodge and they had no problem getting me onto a car that day even under asking price More

After finding out the actual car I saw on autotrader was not available, Joshua notice I became a little disappointed , quickly was able to reassure me that he had found the same make make and model of the car of my choice , and not to worry, Ionce again was pleased at the way he displayed professionalism, after the test drive of the car and an hour of so of negoations, i was able to drive home that night with a car to my liking , I was very pleased with Joshua, Whit and Mark as they all came together to help make my experience of buying my favorite car great, I look forward to my next visit in a few years of buying my new nissan altima @ Pat Fischer Nissan More

We went to Pat Fisher because they are local business, now twice. We went to be put on a waiting list for the new NVP, just to test drive and decide if it was the van for us. When they got one in finally, they sold it without even contacting us to come look at it. After waiting 6 months for another to arrive, it wasn't the one we wanted, but were excited to get to test drive it. They were not willing on working on getting the one we did want to us. We ended up going to another dealer and getting our van for a better deal. We decided to try again when we needed to replace my husband's car. Finance refused to accept our "friends and family" deal unless we paid a high fee that even the finance company said was unusually high. It all just seems suspicious to me. It appears we will have to take our business elsewhere again. Although our finance experience was not very good, the sales staff were helpful and courteous. More
